Every Lucky Block pet ranked by the money boost and floor ability players have shown on screen. Tiers follow the Lucky Block a pet hatches from, because the block tier sets the boost range; within a tier we order by observed boost. A pet only buffs the floor it stands on, so the ranking is per floor.
S Tier
Name
Role
Why
Dragon
Transcendent block (2%)
The Index's top pet: ores gain 50% yield and drones work faster for 25 seconds on a cycle, plus furnace processing speed and furnace ore value. Nobody in our footage pulled one.
Kraken
Transcendent block (15%)
The next seven ores mined give double yield, which on a full seven-slot floor is every ore. Seen in a top-leaderboard base.
Wyvern
Transcendent block (8%)
Every 180 seconds all ores on the floor gain yield and the drones improve. Pulled from a 25-quadrillion block.
Griffin
Transcendent block (50%)
Lowest-value Transcendent pull but still gives mining speed and ore value together.
Minotaur
Exotic block (2%)
Around a 1,200% money boost, the biggest flat multiplier read off the Index.
Cerberus
Exotic block (8%)
1,163% money boost when placed; it replaced a 450% Snake and pushed a base to 77 trillion per five minutes.
Sabre Tiger
Exotic block (50%)
About a 1,000% money boost. The common Exotic pull, and still better than any Divine pet.

Spinosaurus
Divine block (8%)
960% money boost and a huge model. Beat two Elephants on the same floor.
T-Rex
Divine block (2%)
The rarest dinosaur; the Divine block's chase pet.
Triceratops
Divine block (50%)
Better than an Elephant; the pet you usually get from a Divine block.
Qilin
Exotic block (25%)
525% money boost plus 50% ore luck. Players who already have luck maxed call it the Exotic dud, but it is still the best luck pet.
Hydra
Transcendent block (25%)
Every 240 seconds two unmutated ores get a chance at a mutation. Worthless on a floor where everything is already coated; strong early.

Snake
Secret block (50%)

Name
Role
Why

Same 200%-class boost as Goat. Fine on a middle floor.
Capybara
Epic block (8%)
Absorbs coal-tier ores on its floor for extra cash, per the update footage.
Frog
Uncommon block (50%)
70% money boost, the best value on a first floor before you can afford Secret blocks.
Turtle
Rare block (50%)
40% boost; ores on the floor are worth 12% more.
Pigeon
Uncommon block (25%)
30% boost and it unlocked a second pet slot on the floor.
D Tier
Name
Role
Why
Parrot
Common block (15%)
+14% money. A 25-million block is better spent on ore levels.
Cat
Common block (50%)
+8% money and +5% ore yield. The pet almost everyone gets first.
Kitsune
Robux-only pet
Can mutate ores on its floor but its money boost was beaten by a Cow. Not on the Index.
